Rotator Cuff Injuries

The rotator cuff is a group of muscles and tendons that surround the shoulder joint, providing stability and allowing for various shoulder movements. Injuries to the rotator cuff can range from mild inflammation (tendinitis) to partial or complete tears. These injuries can result from overuse, trauma, or degenerative changes.

Sports Injuries

Sports-related shoulder injuries are common among athletes and active individuals. These injuries can include dislocations, fractures, sprains, and strains. Athletes involved in activities that require repetitive overhead motions, such as swimming or baseball, are particularly susceptible to shoulder issues.

Types of Shoulder Pain Treatment

  • Physical Therapy

Our experienced physiotherapists employ a variety of techniques to improve shoulder mobility, strength, and stability. Customized exercise programs and manual therapy can alleviate pain and enhance function.

  • Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)

Osteopathy focuses on the musculoskeletal system and can help realign the shoulder joints and reduce pain. OMT can be a valuable part of shoulder rehabilitation.

  • Manual Therapy Works

Hands on manual therapy can release tension in the shoulder muscles, improve blood flow, and promote healing. It's an effective complement to other treatments.

  • Modalities

We utilize modalities such as ultrasound, laser, and electrical stimulation to manage pain, reduce inflammation, and enhance tissue healing.

  • Strengthening Exercises

Targeted exercises can help build the muscles around the shoulder joint, providing better support and stability.

Highly qualified and professional staff. Very accurate diagnosis and accordingly the most appropriate treatment and herbal-based medications. My wife was suffering from a severe pain on the right side of the neck all the way down to the shoulder and upper limb. After a course of almost 15 treatment sessions along with herbal based medications, she has fully recovered. Moreover, she was also suffering from chronic constipation. After a course of treatment with herbal-based medication, she gets very well.Last but not least, I'd recommend Gracious Physio & Naturopathic center to all those who are suffering from the same conditions above.
